Two years, three teams, real impact: As part of our trainee program, you’ll rotate through three different CHECK24 teams over two years – across both our diverse product areas and key central functions. You’ll design, develop, and optimize high-visibility digital products, working closely with IT, data scientists, and top management. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, you’ll take full ownership of your projects from day one.

Owner's responsibilities?
With our Associate Product Owner Trainee Program, we offer outstanding STEM talents the opportunity to gain deep insights into all key aspects of digital product development – and actively help shape them.
Associate Product Owners (APOs) work in small, agile teams right at the intersection of technology, product, design, and strategy. As an APO, you’ll shape the digital user experience of tomorrow – with direct impact on our products and millions of customers.
You’ll work closely with top management, contribute your own innovative ideas, and strategically apply modern AI tools and cutting-edge technologies to solve real challenges.
What roles do Associate Product Owners take on after completing the program?
After successfully completing the trainee program, APOs take on key product ownership roles within one of our comparison products – with a strong focus on innovative feature development and the continuous optimization of our customers’ user experience.

What should your application include?
We are looking for graduates with an excellent Master’s degree, preferably in a technical, scientific, or engineering field.
Your application should include your high school diploma, bachelor’s degree certificate, and master’s degree certificate – or, if applicable, a current transcript of records. A compelling and complete résumé will complete your application.
Your Qualifications

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree or are in the final stages of your Bachelor’s, and you stand out through excellent academic performance (preferably in a scientific, technical, or engineering field).

Strong initiative and ambition to dive into complex problem-solving and develop innovative solutions.

Strong technical interest – especially in the field of AI – as well as a passion for data-driven work.

Enthusiasm for excellent products with a clear focus on our users.

Business-fluent German and English skills (C1/C2).
